Choose it. Do it.
This summer, West Des Moines Community Schools will be offering a unique technology training opportunity for its staff….. Create your own technology “adventure” and give yourself a truly unique opportunity to focus on those technology areas that interest you. Whether you’re a less tech-savvy teacher or one who has advanced skills, there’s something for everyone. Explore the many tools and applications out there, including Twitter, Edmodo, blogs, wikis, Prezi, Del.icio.us, RSS, Outlook 2010, Google Docs, Animoto, MovieMaker and much, much more. Take it for PD credit, Drake University Credit or take it for fun.
When: June 4th -7th, morning block (8:30-11:30) and afternoon block (12:45-3:45)
Collaborating, creating and sharing are the very essence of this class, using a “hands-on” model. And the best part? You make it your own!
