During the month of April, we invited all 3rd grade thru 12th grade students to provide feedback related to our first year with 1:1 chromebooks.
Our tech staff is still looking through the feedback, but we wanted to post a summary of the results so they were available for staff, students, and parents.
Summary results from:

I do not believe we received a survey. If so it is not something I remember.
I think the chromebooks are a wonderful thing for these children.
My son is in 5th grade at Hillside. My only negative was taking out the app that gave them the ability to speak and work together with their classmates.
Hi Tami – the survey was only sent to students who had chromebooks in grades 3 thru 12. I think the app you are referring to is Google Hangouts – and that decision was made by the building principals. If you’d like that to be available again, I would encourage you to contact the principal at your child’s building to discuss with them why you’d like it to be available again.
