Problems with delivering emails to @gmail.com

Over the last few days, we’ve been researching concerns about delivery of emails to @gmail.com users from Campus Messenger (messenger@wdmschools.org)

Yes, we can confirm there was an issue and it appears to be from August 1st to Aug 8th.   As of yesterday afternoon (Aug 8th), we believe the issue is resolved, but we are still digging into it further to see what happened.

Any schools that have sent noticed out during that time frame may want to resend the information, as the system will not automatically resend those emails.

If you did not receive an email from your child’s school with your elementary students homeroom teacher assignment, its most likely due to this issue.  You are welcome to log into Infinite Campus to see the homeroom assignment or call your child’s school and they can provide the information.

      yes, this is why. If you log into Infinite Campus, it will show you the homeroom information – or you are welcome to contact your childs school for the information.
