2016: When will Infinite Campus rosters/scheduled be ready?

infinite-campusThe top question we receive each summer:   When will my schedule/class rosters be available through Infinite Campus?

Here’s our current status, based on what the buildings have requested.   At the elementary level, teachers will initially only have access to their homeroom roster, the rest of the course schedules won’t be copied into place until the first few days of school.

If it’s labeled as “unknown”, that means the school hasn’t a set a date yet for when access will be opened.  We’ll update this page as soon as new dates are set.

Online payments systems inactive Feb 27th thru 29th

paymentAlert: WDMCS Online Payment System Down Feb. 27-Feb. 29

The WDMCS online payment system will be inactive from noon on Saturday, Feb. 27, to 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 29, as we switch to a new system.

If you need to make an online payment  for school fees or transportation fees,​ or place money in your child’s lunch account, please do so prior to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27.

​(This does not ​apply to  Kids West or WDMCS Community Education classes. The online payment system for these services will remain the same​

​ and​ payments​ for these services may ​be made online throughout the weekend.)​
The new online payment system for school fees, transportation fees, and nutrition accounts
will ​allow families to see their current account balances and also make payments
