Using the PrintGroove Print Driver

I’ve heard that you go to FILE > PRINT on your desktop and there’s a print driver available for sending to the Print Shop, is this correct? Are we required to use it? Why would we use it?
Yes, all district desktops have the ability to print from FILE > PRINT to the Print Shop. It is NOT required – however, users have reported that after the initial setup and usage – its saves time when sending documents to the Print Shop.

Step 1. Click on SETTINGS

2. Select  MAIL, CONTACTS, CALENDARS…

Step 3. Select  ADD ACCOUNT….

4. Select GOOGLE…

Directions for iPhone/iPads…

  1. Click on SETTINGS
  2. Click on MAIL, CONTACTS, CALENDARS
  3. Click on ADD ACCOUNT
  4. Click on GOOGLE
  5. Enter your Name, email address, and password –    after it connects you’ll have the option to select whether you want mail, calendar, contacts or all of your information.Please be aware!  If you are at school, please be sure you are connected to WDM-STAFF wireless, as you cannot connect to district email on the guest wireless network.Helpful Hint:  If you choose to sync contacts, your personal contacts in Gmail will be added to your iPhone/iPad and your personal contacts on your iPhone/iPad will now appear in Gmail.
