Q1. How do I get an Infinite Campus account?

Q2.  Is there any general information/guidance given to families that are new to Infinite Campus?   Yes, each year we provide a welcome letter  and  general overview  to all families of 6th grade students (6th grade is the first year that students start receiving traditional letter grades).

Q3. How to sign up for emergency/weather phone notifications through Infinite Campus?

Q4. How do I update my demographic (address/phone numbers/email) information in Infinite Campus?

Q5. How do I look up transportation information (pick up times/locations) in Infinite Campus?

Q6.  I’ve heard that Infinite Campus sends out automated emails of any missing assignments to all students and parents every Thursday night.  Is this correct?  Where can I get more information?  Yes, it is true, here’s more information about weekly missing assignments notifications.   

Q7.  Can a parent have more than one email address in Campus?  
Yes, each parent can have two separate email addresses within Campus.

Q8.  What are the requirements for creating a password in Infinite Campus?
All passwords are require at least eight characters long and meets three of the four qualifications listed below:

  1. A lower case letter (a, j, r, etc.)
  2. An upper case letter (A, J, R, etc.)
  3. A number (3, 7, 1, etc.)
  4. A symbol (@, %, &, etc.)

Q9.  How do I install the Campus Mobile App on my iPhone / iPad?

Q10.  How do I install the Campus Mobile App on my Android phone?

Q11.  What types of questions can be answered with using the Campus Mobile App?

Q12. I’m having trouble using the Infinite Campus Mobile App on my cell phone, who do I contact for support?  Campus has a specific email address set up for parents who need assistance with the app…  mobileportal@infinitecampus.com

    I cannot find any information on how to UNsubscribe from Infinite Campus/ Campus Messenger, and general WDMCS emails and phone calls. Our kids no longer attend WDMCS, and we continue to receive automatic messages. Can you please let us know how to go about removing our contact information? Thank you.

      Hi Barbara… I’m assuming you are referring to the mobile phone app, correct? If so.. here’s the steps we’d recommend..
      Next steps…

      1) Uninstall the app, reinstall it again

      2) If that doesn’t work.. next step is to contact Campus support, they have an email help line that’s available for parents, as they will likely need more information such as what type of phone, what version of software, etc. Their contact email is… mobileportal@infinitecampus.com

    I am not able to log into my Infinite Campus account. I’m typing the user name and password I have always used, but it says it is incorrect. How can I get my user name and password sent to me?

    Im trying to print out grades from infinite campus but it does not allow for the entire sheet to print when I right click and then click print – since there is not print button on the page. Also, I want it to show all 4 quarters, is there another place to get grades???

      Hi Jacki – great question, unfortunately, the grades tab isn’t formatted well for printing, however, there are some grade reports under REPORTS section. However, I went through the available reports and couldn’t find one that focused on all 4 quarters, but I can certainly look into creating one, but it won’t be available for a while. Brian

    When I log into Infinite Campus and attempt to utilize the Infinite Campus app, I am met with a message that states I have no enrollments. I’ve used Infinite Campus for my daughter for several years now and she is still enrolled as a sophomore at Valley. Can you please assist so that I can receive the notifications and grade access I no longer have access to?

    I used to be able to log in to infinite campus; however, I know there was a recent change made administratively as I was not receiving missing assignment reminders. I am now getting the following error message:

    A configuration error has occurred that is preventing access to the system. Please contact an administrator to report the problem. Error details have been logged in the standard error log. If the IP address of this app server has changed, please restart Tomcat.

      Hi Carrie… Sorry, I am unable to replicate the error you are seeing. I’ve tested your account this morning and I’m able to get logged in successfully. As for missing assignments emails, the system only sends them on Thursday nights, so lets touch base tomorrow on Friday to see if anything has arrived. Brian Abeling, abelingb@wdmcs.org

    Good morning. My son is a returning student, and I am trying to enroll him. There does not seem to be a link attached for returning students, but there is one for new students. Am I missing something? Thank you.
