Teacher Messenger now allows one attachment!

Classroom Teachers….

Infinite Campus messenger notices can now include one attachment with each message. Please understand that attached files can cause problems with email delivery and be aware of the size of the attached file’s size.  Large attachments may not be accepted by the recipient’s email server.  Some servers will also reject email with certain types of attachments(.exe .zip).  Typically, PDF and MS Office type files are pretty safe.

For classroom teachers, the Messenger tool is located under INSTRUCTION > MESSENGER>  TEACHER MESSENGER.

Parents can now add work and personal email in Infinite Campus

For our parents –

Infinite Campus now lets you add two email addresses for each person!    After logging into Infinite Campus, click on Contact Preferences, and you now have the ability to have two email addresses in our system.

Why two addresses?  Many parents have both a work and a personal email account – and they want emergency notifications to go to both addresses, but they only want the personal/home email address listed in the student directory.

Assuming that you would like your personal email address in our student directories and to keep your work email account private, our advice is to place your personal/home email address in the primary email address field and then add your work email address in the secondary email field.
